Welcome to the BackRoads K-9 Club
Are you looking for comprehensive K-9 training? BackRoads K-9 Club offers a range of programs to meet your needs, whether you're interested in socializing your pup, private training sessions, AKC Canine Good Citizen certification, or advanced Service Dog Training.
We currently offer:
- AKC Star Puppy Program
- Two Levels of Obedience Classes (available in group sessions or one-on-one)
- Three Levels of Service Dog Training

How to Join the K-9 Club
You'll need to complete a Training Application to enroll in any of our training classes. This application is required for all obedience and service dog training levels and helps us maintain the highest program standards.
Application Process
- Complete the online application form.
- Attach relevant documents if needed (see below).
- We will review your application and respond within 2-3 weeks.

Required Documents for Application
You may need to upload specific documents during the application process, depending on your training program. Please have the following items ready if they apply:
Military Documentation (DD214): For veterans applying for service dog training.
Doctor's Letter: A short note on the doctor's letterhead, signed by a mental health professional or MD, and dated within the last six months, verifying the need for a service dog to mitigate specific disabilities.
Photo Release: Authorization for BackRoads K9 to use training session photos.
Training Agreement: Agreement to program terms and conditions.
Dog's Current Vaccination Records
Proof of Spay/Neuter
